End-User License Agreement
1. About the app
The Hartebees QuickBooks Integration ("the app") is a private, internal tool operated by Hartebees Ventures (Pty) Ltd ("Hartebees"). It is licensed only to Hartebees and its authorised personnel for use with Hartebees' own QuickBooks Online company.
2. License
Hartebees grants authorised users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app to access and manage the connected QuickBooks Online company's data.
3. Restrictions
The app may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or used with QuickBooks companies other than those authorised by Hartebees.
4. QuickBooks and Intuit
The app is independent of Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
5. Data
Data accessed by the app is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for reviewing any accounting records the app creates or changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hartebees is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
This agreement ends when the app is disconnected from QuickBooks. Hartebees may revoke access to the app at any time.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10. Changes
If this agreement changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
